A Letter from MUSE
Muse, a program dedicated to bringing song, poetry and friendship to nursing homes, adult day healthcare centers and assisted living facilities throughout Massachusetts, will celebrate it's 25th anniversary year in November. Three years ago, Paul Wiggin, the founder of the MUSE, was prompted by the 1952 Willy Panel Truck parked by the Pillar House door, to think that "it was time for an antique car show." He approached me with the idea of hosting the benefit. I agreed and that was the beginning of the Pillar House/Muse collaborations. I thought that I would share Paul Wiggin's letter with you to illustrate one of the reasons the Muse is so successful. Do you know of anyone with Paul's enthusiasm and energy?
