You Spoke...We Listened

Thanks to all of you who made this Mother's Day so successful. This was the second time in twenty-eight years that the Pillar House was opened for Mother's Day. We opened because so many of you requested that this was the one Sunday that your families wanted to celebrate at the Pillar House.

Following along those same lines, recent comment cards and conversations with guests have suggested that you want different menu choices. So we worked on the Summer Menu to ensure that your requests were honored. You will find the rack of lamb has returned along with filet of salmon and linguine with shrimp and scallops.

So, thanks for your continued feedback and comments and know that we are constantly working to keep our guests happy. One way to accomplish that is to obtain your input. We are considering reviving prime rib of beef for our fall menu. For the complete Summer Menu please refer to the fourth page in our newsletter. Have a wonderful summer,
